Product Introduction:
Water-based non-fingerprint varnish is a one-component baking varnish for the surface of metal substrates, mainly used for stainless steel, metal products, fingerprints and fingerprints treatment, to enhance the protection, varnish and smudge-resistant effect, to avoid atmospheric and acidic corrosion. It has excellent adhesion, weather resistance and protective and decorative properties.

Good hardness and flexibility, good adhesion and anti-fouling effect.
Scope of application:
Suitable for all kinds of stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized plate and other materials of the metal surface.

Construction reference:
Surface treatment of substrate: Remove gray matter, rust, oil and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece to be coated, and make the surface of the workpiece to be coated clean and dry;
Construction method: roller coating; spraying
Dilution ratio: 20%-60% of the weight of the original paint, or adjusted according to specific conditions;
Drying mode: plate temperature 210ºC-220ºC, 4-5 minutes.
Precautions:
The degree of metal substrate treatment and the actual baking conditions will directly affect the final effect of the coating film and protective properties; the product should be stored in a cool ventilated place, temperature 5 ºC ~ 30 ºC, the validity period of half a year; such as more than the storage period, after the test can be used.
